Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Important Notice Regarding Fragrance Shipping Due to federal regulations, many of our fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable materials. As a result, all fragrance orders must ship via ground transportation and cannot be shipped by air (including expedited or overnight air services). Ground shipping is available to the contiguous 48 US states only.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
